About Me: I was born in Sutton Coldfield and have lived, worked, and studied in Malvern, Oxford, and Coventry. My father worked for Birmingham City Council on the maintenance division carrying out repairs and improvements to council housing stock. My mother was an accountant for a local paper company based in Sutton Coldfield.
After meeting my wife while briefly living in the Cotswolds, I returned to Birmingham, where we settled in Sutton Coldfield to raise our family. Our children have attended local schools, played rugby for community teams, and participated in local scouting, where I’ve enjoyed being a parent helper. We’re also active members of the Sutton Coldfield Sailing Club—though my paddleboarding skills are still a work in progress!
I currently work for an international insurance broker based in Birmingham as a Claims Executive, supporting clients across the country. As my children grow older, I’m eager to contribute more to our local community, expanding my role from helping clients to helping and supporting the people and initiatives that make our area thrive.
