Draft Strategic Plan Review 2024-2027
We are committed to ensuring our priorities for the next four years reflect what you have told us, so that between us we can positively shape the future for Royal Sutton Coldfield. We’d like you to take a few minutes to fill out the survey below and tell us what is important to you. We will use this data to better understand how we allocate our resources over the coming years and set out the finer details that will underpin these priorities.
The survey will be live from Monday 2 September 9am. The survey should take no more than a few minutes in total with an option to share additional thoughts with us. Draft Strategic Plan for 2024 - 2027
The Town Council is setting out its ambitions for the next four years, with a consultation period on its Draft Strategic Plan for 2024-2027 running from the 2nd – 27th September 2024. This document helps to set the direction of travel for the Council and it can be shaped by residents to identify key priorities and commitments.
The Draft Strategic Plan 2024-2027 was considered by Full Council in July 2024 where Full Council approved the Strategic Plan for consultation.
As well as the digital survey above, a special edition newsletter will be delivered by Royal Mail to all households week commencing 2 September. It will also include a pull-out copy of the survey that residents can complete and post to the Town Council or drop off at community venues across Sutton Coldfield. A variety of face-to-face meetings are also planned, including local ward meetings and pop-up events in the Town and local centres, when residents will also be able to complete the survey. Public Consultation Dates
Local ward meetings will be held across the town throughout September at the venues listed below. All meetings will take place between 6:30-7:30pm and all are welcome.
