The Town Council extends its good wishes to participants in Sunday’s Royal Sutton Fun

As a key partner of the 41st Royal Sutton Fun Run, we’re looking forward to the town’s longest running and largest fundraising event.

Year after year residents of The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield, those who work in the town and visitors run, wheel, jog and walk their way around the Royal Town to raise money for the great work carried out by the many charities, voluntary and community groups across the town.

5500 residents are set to take part in this year’s event and will be cheered on by the many spectators in the town centre and across the course.

This important event at the heart of the calendar of our Royal Town’s hugely relies on the many residents and voluntary organisations who marshall the event.  We would like to extend our thanks to each one of you for your efforts to keep everybody safe.

Olive O’Sullivan, CEO of Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council said, “This thriving event  really brings the local community together and provides a wonderful opportunity to support the many incredible charities and local organisations in our Royal Town.  We would like to wish you all the best of luck for the run and most of all to enjoy it and have lots of fun.

Tracey Spare, Event Director at Royal Sutton Fun Run said, “I’d like to echo the sentiment of the Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council in wishing everyone the best of luck. Enjoy your day, continue to raise sponsor money for your chosen charity or voluntary organisation and thank you for your continued support of the event.”
