Nicky has led The Royal Sutton School for the past three years. With nearly 30 years of experience in education, she has developed expertise in strategic planning, curriculum design, and pastoral care. 

During her time at The Royal Sutton School, she has driven improvements that led to the school’s first-ever Ofsted ‘Good’ rating in December 2023. Passionate about promoting student success, she has championed initiatives to develop intellectual virtues, improve literacy rates, and enhance student well-being. By fostering a positive school culture and investing in staff development, she continues to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive. 

She is committed to forging young people who have not only the skills and knowledge to achieve academically, but also the strong moral character to thrive personally and shape society for the better. Her dedication to creating inclusive environments and improving learning experiences has been key to her leadership journey.
