NOTICE IS GIVEN that the unaudited Annual Return for the year ended 31st March 2026 has been published on Sutton Coldfield Town Council’s website.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that from 3rd June 2026 to the 14th July 2026 between 10.00am and 4.00pm, any person interested may inspect and make copies of the Annual Return and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts relating to them, for the year ended 31st March 2026.
These documents will be available for inspection at the Town Council offices on application to the CEO, AFE Business Centre, 62 Anchorage Road, Sutton Coldfield, B74 2PG; Tel: 0121 663 1765.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that from 3rd June 2026 to the 14th July 2026, any local government elector from the area to which the accounts relate, have rights to:
- question the appointed auditor about the accounting records: and
- make an objection which concerns a matter in respect of which the appointed auditor could make a public interest report or apply to court for a declaration that an item of account is unlawful. Written notice of an objection must first be given to the external auditor and a copy sent to the Town Council.
