As a town council, we periodically look to appoint the additional expertise of consultants, across a wide range of sectors. If you work in any of the following fields and would like to be considered for future opportunities, we’d like to hear from you:

• Architecture, Urban Design, Town Planning, Landscape Design;
• Engineering, Surveying;
• Project Management, Leisure and Facility Management;
• Community Engagement, Event Management, Marketing, Branding and Communications;
• Finance, Procurement, ICT.

If you provide a service which is not listed above, please feel free to register your interest as we welcome new talent and expertise.

From the expressions of interest, a list will be retained by us so that we can identify suitable individuals/companies for particular projects. Upon identification of a potentially suitable project, our Chief Executive Officer may get in touch and invite you to meet a panel of our town councillors and carry out a brief presentation on:

• Previous relevant experience;
• Project approach and methodology;
• Proposed project team and resources you would allocate;
• Management arrangements;
• Timescales;
• Fees/costs;
• Knowledge of health and safety/equalities legislation, as appropriate.
