The Town Centre Regeneration Partnership
The Sutton Coldfield Town Centre Regeneration Partnership was formed in 2018 to bring together representatives from the public, private and third sectors to promote the development of a new vision for the town centre.
Representatives include Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council, Birmingham City Council, Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership, Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, FOLIO Sutton Coldfield, Sutton Coldfield BID, West Midlands Combined Authority and Transport for West Midlands.
Partners will work together to support the right conditions for investment to help create a vibrant town centre where people want to live, work, shop and spend their leisure time. This includes delivering the Sutton Coldfield Town Centre Masterplan, and potentially commissioning future studies to address key infrastructure requirements and promoting high quality urban design to complement the town’s existing architecture and historic character.
