From 10th to 16th August 2026, green-fingered enthusiasts and community champions across the UK will come together to celebrate National Allotments Week 2026. The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield has 10 allotment sites. Five of these sites currently fall under the stewardship of Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council, with the remaining five scheduled to be transferred from Birmingham City Council to the Town Council in the near future. Throughout this week, we celebrate and thank the dedicated volunteers on the Allotment Associations and Committees at each site, who generously give their time to assist with site management, and the green-fingered enthusiasts who tend the plots.
